Nasal Release Technique

The Nasal Release Technique (NRT) is a unique and powerful technique to enhance nasal breathing and cognitive function. Dynamic changes can be experience in these areas with the NRT method. 

The Procedure

A small balloon is inserted into each of the six sinus passages (three on each side), then with a hand pump the balloon is gently expanded. The procedure is relatively pain free with a few moments of pressure as the balloon expands. The balloon is released quickly and all pressure subsides. Improvement is often felt immediately.

NRT open and balances the nasal passages to allow for nasal breathing. As the structures and function of the sinus complex and cranium improve, nasal resistance is decreased allowing for optimal breathing and reduced face and head pressure.
