Frequently asked questions

1. What happens if I miss a week of exercises?
It’s not a problem if you miss a week, just pick up where you left off. But remember if you are faithful to work on the exercises during the week, it will help the program progress quickly.

2. I need more clarification on the exercise.
Read the written directions of the exercise and then slow down the video and re-watch it.

3. Why don’t I get notifications on my phone?
Follow these directions to make sure your iPhone allows notifications for the MMW app. Go to settings>notifications, select the app and make sure that allow notifications is on. If you are still having trouble, contact the MMW app help desk.

4. How do I claim my prizes?
Contact your dentist to claim your prizes!

5. Why do I have to upload a selfie?
It’s a great way to see your before and after photos and watch your progress.

6. I’m not seeing results. What should I do?
Contact your dentist if you have been consistently doing the exercises for a month.

7. I can’t perform that exercise.
Contact your dentist for a replacement exercise.

8. I can’t login on to my account.
Contact the MMW help desk.

9. Can I repeat weeks?
The exercises are built on a hierarchy, so it’s best to continue on the next week. However, if you cannot achieve 8 out of 10 exercises correctly and with ease, you may repeat a week.

10. Can you do 2 programs at once?
The recommendation from your dentist should be followed.

11. My mouth hurts more now after doing the exercises. What should I do?
Know the difference between fatigue and pain. If your muscles are sore because you have been working them out, you can stretch the muscle, ice the muscle, rub the muscle and/or use an essential oil to calm the muscle.
